Nandrolone still detectable after nine months

The anabolic steroid Nandrolone decanoate (Deca-Durabolin) can still be detected in some people up to nine months after taking it - says a study by the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, Sweden. Participants received a dose of 150 milligrams of Nandrolone decanoate and then experienced a monitoring of their urine in search of nandrolone and two related metabolites (19-norandrosterone and 19-noretiocholanolone). Nandrolone is a steroid infamous among athletes, which is associated with the closure of Olympic medal winners Linford Christie, Merlene Ottey, Marion Jones and Dieter Baumann. When I was a fat boy I had a thousand excuses for my size. Most of them I found in my surroundings: I was fat because of things I couldn't do anything about. These were lies and self-deception, of course, simple justifications to make me feel better.

What happens if you take "too many" proteins?

Bahnbrechende Forschung findet neue Vorteile


Meiner Meinung nach ist die wachsende Medizinische Akzeptanz für anabole Steroid-Therapie für altersbedingten Hormonrückgang (Androgen) bei Männern bemerkenswert. Es stellt sich heraus, je mehr Proteine du isst, desto mehr Fett verlierst du. Ja, selbst wenn du mehr Kalorien konsumierst als notwendig.



Was passiert, wenn du “zu viele” Proteine zu dir nimmst?

Auch wenn du selbst Recherchen darüber anstellst (oder alternativ Hunderte von Gewichthebern frägst), wirst du vermutlich keine genaue Antwort auf die Frage nach der optimalen Menge an Proteinen für den Muskelaufbau bekommen. Wenn du allerdings die Sonderfälle und den Durchschnitt außen vor lässt, wirst du vermutlich so etwas in Richtung 1,5 bis 2 Gramm Protein pro Kilogramm bekommen.

Na gut, aber was passiert, wenn diesen Wert um ein Mehrfaches überschreitest?
Seltsamerweise stellte sich heraus, dass anstatt einen Haufen unnötiger Kalorien aufzunehmen, Gewichtheber mit hochgetriebener Proteinaufnahme deutlich an Körperfett verloren haben.
